Raj Ramdya has over 20 years’ experience in software design and development. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of ROI Software Solutions, an organization that specializes in outsourcing business processes and implementing Big Data and enterprise software development. With a global team of system designers and developers, he has worked with companies to develop specialized software covering pharmaceutical R & D, global anti-piracy, and business software. The software specializes in leveraging analytics to make data-driven decisions, encryption, security and encryption software for government and business). His expertise also covers solutions for risk management, cyber security and management of big data.

As the IT Director, NTL Laboratory Inc., Raj specializes in developing and implementing enterprise information systems for clinical and nursing home industries. He is responsible for leading the technology and global engineering team to deliver clinical healthcare solutions for clinical operations. He also oversees research and development, global technical governance and business strategy of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software solutions.

Raj worked formerly at Moody’s Investor Services in New York City, developing financial software for use in Market research and analytics. He received his B.A. from Creighton University and his Masters in computer science from the University of Nebraska. Raj is also an army veteran having served for the US Army within the 101st Airborne.
